Kevan has helped thousands of executive, sales and marketing professionals in countries around the world.
Kevan and his wife, Anita, have five children and live in beautiful Eagle, ID. He holds a master degree in business administration, is a certified NLP practitioner and a recovering Scoutmaster. Kevan has attended the world renown “Story” training by the entertainment guru Robert McKee, and draws from it for story strategy consulting. Kevan is the co-author of The ArrowHead: Winning the Story War. Kevan can also be found in his wood shop teaching wood working, or helping others with “wood therapy.”
Dirk completed his law degree from Concord Law School and is featured in The University of Minnesota & Concord Law School marketing publications. Dirk is also Alumni of Harvard Business School.
Dirk considers his family his greatest accomplishment in life. He is a devoted husband and father of three children. He and his family reside in the Minneapolis Area. Dirk enjoys sailing, skiing, golf, and surfing.
Dirk Bak has served on ArrowHead3’s Advisory Board from the very beginning. Dirk specializes in business development and marketing for start-up organizations and co-founded Corporate Facilities Management, Inc. a highly successful corporation in the building maintenance industry. In 2007 The Business Journal awarded Dirk Bak the “Forty under 40 Award”, becoming the youngest recipient ever of this respected honor.
Dirk Bak is very active in a wide variety of community, political, service projects and fine arts. He currently serves on the Board of the Delta Structural Technology, the Freedom Foundation of Minnesota, and as an Advisory Board member for Elumines in Hollywood.
Matt Smith joined ArrowHead3’s Advisory Board in 2012. Matt is a partner of Brighton Corporation, a large mixed-use real estate development company, and leads its Retail development division. Prior to joining Brighton Corporation, Matt worked in Arthur Andersen’s Hospitality and Valuation department in Los Angeles where he was primarily responsible for the evaluation of large development projects. After leaving Arthur Anderson he joined Hawkins-Smith. There he helped Walgreens penetrate the Utah market through site procurement and development.
Since joining Brighton, Matt has been instrumental in developing many successful shopping centers with national tenants including Walgreens, Lowe’s, Bank of America, Radio Shack, Verizon, Gold’s
Gym, and many others. Matt specializes in creating and executing on development opportunities. His expertise range from land procurement, lease negotiations, finance and project entitlement. Matt has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance Emphasis, Magna Cum Laude, from Brigham Young University.
Matt is a father of six children and enjoys taking them on humanitarian trips around the world to serve others. Matt and his family live in Eagle, Idaho. Matt enjoys sports with racquets and making a difference with free market and liberty.

Joseph Kjar been a facilitator with for ArrowHead3 since 2008. Joseph has also been a close partner in the development of ArrowHead3's growth strategies including its web-based solution offerings. Joseph worked at Google from 2013 - 2017 where he helped global ad agencies modernize their advertising mix before moving abroad. In Europe Joseph worked with a small team to rethink and reconstruct Google's sales process to key client Apple. Joseph is now pursuing his MBA at Cornell's Johnson School of Business.
